The Seniors at Home Village has 2 more houses completed and ready to close the last of this month. We will have 2 more homeowners moving in right after Christmas at lots 21 & 22.
We will also have 2 more townhomes started in the next couple of weeks. As always, we are at the mercy of the weather. We hope to have enough dry weather to pour foundations, and then begin the houses so we can work inside before it gets too cold.
Helen and her office are in place and she would welcome a visit from homeowners or perspective homeowners. She is at the back of Phase 2, on Hummingbird Lane.

Crane Trucks - this is a development for very low income senior adults. It is located in Dunlap, Tennessee, Sequatchie County, close to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
