Even as the work on the first townhome in the Seniors at Home Village of Dunlap is being completed, we are moving forward with the second townhome build.
The footings for the next two houses have been poured, and the foundation work is being completed today, as we prepare for the delivery of our next townhome house package.
The delivery of the second townhome is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27th. The truck should arrive at the site at 8:00 am.
We will need volunteers to help unload the truck on Wednesday. If you can help, please contact Helen at 423-949-3253 or the New Hope Construction office at 866-396-4673.
