We are nearing the completion of the next two townhomes at lots 7 & 8 in the Village, and hope to close next week so the homeowners can move into their new homes. The crew has been busy with finishing touches, and the appliances should arrive in the next few days. It has been a very busy month for us as we finish up these two townhomes and continue to work on the two next door, at lots 9 and 10.
We hope to have a dedication in the next few weeks to give everyone an opportunity to come out and see what has been accomplished, recognize the work crew and volunteers, and meet the homeowners. We will keep you posted and let everyone know as soon as a date is set for the dedication.
We are continuing to accept applications into the Village. If you know of anyone who is interested, please stop by the construction office, or the main office of Citizens Tri-County Bank and pick up the form. You may also call 1 866-396-4673, ext. 22, and we can mail an application.
