We are so glad to let everyone know that there are two more houses that are closing today. The new homeowners are ready to move in and start enjoying life in the village! That will bring our total to six, with more on the way.
On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, we will be painting the units at lots 9 & 10.
The second delivery for these two units will arrive tomorrow, and as soon as painting is completed, the rest of the interior work will begin. If the weather cooperates, we plan to close on these two units sometime next week.
We have also scheduled the first delivery for units 15 & 16, and it should arrive on Wednesday also. The foundation is already in place, so we will be able to start on the walls and roof in the next few days.
Several of the family members who had made plans to help with the painting this week are ill and will not be able to help us. If you or anyone you know can assist us on Wednesday and Thursday with the interior painting, we would appreciate it. Just give us a call at 1 866 396-4673, ext 22 or ext 27.
