There has been a lot of progress made since delivery of the first house package for Phase 2 of the SAH Village of Dunlap last Friday. The weather has cooperated and we should see another new homeowner moving in within the next few weeks! Walls and roof trusses are in place, and rough in will begin soon. The current homeowners in Phase 1 are also enjoying their new paved streets and curbs. Four driveways and front sidewalks have been poured, and twelve more will be in place within the next couple of weeks.If you are interested in volunteering to help bring affordable housing to 14 more families in Dunlap, please call 1 866-396-4673, ext 22 or 27.
